Custom programming is hassle-free with HearPod digital hearing aids.

We want you to enjoy optimum hearing so we offer custom programmed HearPod 100% digital hearing aids for your unique hearing solution.

Our process is simple and will ensure that you get maximum benefit from your HearPod digital hearing aid purchase. Here’s how:

1. If you have a recent audiogram (within the last 6 months), fax it to us toll-free at 800 409-5128. On the fax, please include your name, address, e-mail address and the telephone number where we can contact you. We will program your HearPod digital hearing aid to the exact specifications on your audiogram. If you don’t have a recent audiogram, you can get one from your doctor or hearing health professional. This service is usually covered by insurance and is free from some providers.

If you cannot fax or email your audiogram, the online purchase section of our site has a place where you can enter the values from your audiogram.

2. If you are choosing one of our preprogrammed HearPods please select, on our shopping cart, from one of the three audiograms that comes closest to your exact hearing loss. If your audiogram configuration does not match or come close to one of the three configurations please chose Custom programming.
